Customer Service Representative - Logistics 

The current position open is a long term contract. Rate: $24.00 Hourly (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half) Shift Available: Monday – Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Location: Pomona, CA USA  91767

• The individual will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service needs, including answering phones, placing supply orders, providing order updates, and answering customer inquiries.
• The individual must be organized and, have 1-3 years of Customer Service experience in an office setting.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Position requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• The individual will also work with other departments to ensure Customer issues are handled efficiently.
• Distribution experience a plus.
