1.) FINANCIAL SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support preparing the documentation of transfer pricing calculations in accordance with tax rules
• Support Corporate Tax on execution of business integration for affiliates related to transfer pricing
• Ensure compliance with global transfer pricing methodologies, processes, and responsibilities
• Collaborate with transfer pricing team on migrating process to pricing system
• Support transfer pricing issuance for products in planning and daily processes
• Develop and deliver training to affiliates and headquarters finance groups
Qualifications:
• AS/BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related
• 1-3 yrs exp experience
• Financial and analytical mindset
• Excel- pivot tables, vlookups, formulas
• Transfer Pricing exp preferred
2.) FINANCIAL ANALYST III
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS/MS/MBA in relevant field
• 2+ yrs exp
• MS Suite- Excel proficiency
• Analytical and reporting skills

SAP, BPCS, and excel preferred
Healthcare exp a plus
3.) FINANCIAL ANALYST III
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and approve monthly invoices for outsourcing contracts in scope to ensure compliance to contracts
• Resolve billing and payment issues with Accounts Payable and service providers
• Set up operational calendar for invoice review process and monthly reporting process
• Work with service providers to ensure timely data submission, invoice verification and report generating
• Provide guidance to functional business areas regarding invoices and PO process
• Provide input to financial policy/procedures for the financial management of outsourcing contracts
• Build effective relationship with service providers, COE partners and internal stakeholders
• Generate periodic financial reports and analysis pertaining to the outsourcing programs to support the stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS/MS/MBA
• 5-10 yrs exp in Finance & Accounting
• SAP experience preferred

4.) FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST IV
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drives the planning and analysis processes and requirements in Corporate, with significant focus on system implementation support with new SAP Business Objects and IBM Planning Analytics Platform for acquisition integration
• Must quickly come up with working knowledge of current reporting systems
• Reconcile data across multiple sources of input and implement process improvements
• Provide accurate and timely analysis to meet Corporate FP&A planning and project timelines
• Support monthly Actuals reporting and annual Plan/ Update and Monthly LBEs
• Incorporate review changes into Plan/Update recycles and LBE consolidations
• Participate in ASPIRE user acceptance testing
• Provide direct business support to functional business leaders, including VP(s), directors and managers on a timely basis
• Collaborate with Commercial Areas, Operations, R&D, Corporate Admin, Corporate Financial Reporting and Corporate FP&A along with Integration and system deployment project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of results
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA/BS/MS/MBA/CPA in Finance, Accounting or related
• 6+ yrs of related experience
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient Excel skills required
• Basic knowledge of IBM Planning analytic, TM1, SAP, HFM
