Collection Specialist Supervisor Resort Recovery Solutions, LLC — Serra Mesa, San Diego, CA 92123 Full-Time | On-Site

Compensation: $50,000 base, plus commission and bonus. Total earning potential up to $80,000/year for the right candidate.

Job Summary Resort Recovery Solutions is seeking a high-energy, motivating, and experienced Collections/Customer Services Supervisor to lead our call center in Serra Mesa, San Diego. The ideal candidate will oversee both the Collections and Customer Servicing teams, manage daily operations, and carry a personal portfolio of accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of 5–7 collection agents and CSR reps, providing coaching, training, and daily support.

Manage a personal block of accounts while helping the team hit performance goals.

Oversee daily operations for the Collections and Customer Servicing departments.

Identify and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Use company systems and technology to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Ensure compliance with the FDCPA and company policies.

Qualifications

2+ years of collections experience; a strong CSR background will also be considered. Working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and motivating a team.

Strong multitasking ability and the capacity to perform under pressure.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with computer systems and technology.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Experience with timeshare or hotel operations is a plus.
