Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate the collection team to achieve monthly goals • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and efficiency • Provide regular feedback to team members • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow • Generate reports and analytics on collection activities to inform management decision-making processes Qualifications: • Team player • Willing to lead by example • 7-10 years of solid collections leadership and experience in a professional services corporation • College degree a plus • Excellent communication and negotiation skills Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
