We’re currently seeking a Collections/AR Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay based on experience—especially if you’ve worked in our industry! Pay rate: $20.00/hr-$28.00/hr (depending on experience)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable

• Proven ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments

• Industry experience is a major plus and will be compensated accordingly

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and apply incoming payments accurately to the correct customer accounts

• Regularly reconcile and balance cash receipts, resolving discrepancies as needed

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment reminders, and billing inquiries

• Monitor aging accounts and initiate proactive collection efforts

• Maintain up-to-date and detailed records of payments, account statuses, and all related customer communication

• Generate and deliver reports on cash receipts, collections activity, and outstanding balances as requested
