This is a good opportunity to gain experience in the auto loan industry. Your primary job function is to manage a queue of accounts with the goal of preventing loan losses through a continuous collection effort. The ideal candidate will assist our customers in the early stages of delinquency by creating a payment plan based on the customers individual circumstances and that adheres to company policies.

This is a Full Time Position Monday though Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and every other Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Collection experience is not necessary. We will provide training.

Other Responsibilities

Communicate professionally internally and externally.

Manage high volume of calls.

Provide customers with accurate account information.

Thoroughly document customer account.

Requirements

High School Diploma

Basic computer knowledge

Reliable attendance.
