We’re looking for a Collections Runner to join our in-house financing team. In this role, you’ll help our customers stay on track with their payments by visiting their homes or workplaces to collect and record payments in a friendly and professional manner.

What You’ll Do

Visit customers to collect payments on in-house accounts.

Deliver receipts and record payments accurately.

Communicate courteously with customers about payment arrangements.

Coordinate with our Collections and Accounting teams to keep accounts up to date.

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Reliable, organized, and professional.

Comfortable working independently and interacting with customers.

Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Previous collections or customer service experience is a plus!
