Auto Finance Collections Agent (FDCPA-Compliant)

We’re hiring an experienced Collections Agent with auto finance background and strong FDCPA compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle delinquent auto loan accounts • Make compliant outbound/inbound calls • Negotiate payment arrangements • Accurately document account activity • Follow FDCPA & state regulations

Requirements

✔ Auto finance / subprime collections experience preferred ✔ Working knowledge of FDCPA ✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills ✔ Professional, customer-focused approach
