Guardian Tax is looking for a dependable, confident Collections Specialist to join our Chandler office. This is a structured, phone-based role focused on helping clients stay on track while delivering real results for the company.

Compensation

• $18/hour base pay

• Performance bonuses with the ability to earn an effective hourly rate of $23–$24

• Full-time, steady hours with consistent expectations
