We are actively seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This individual will have the opportunity to work across a range of disciplines, from layout and brand design to digital storytelling through our websites, social media accounts, and video. The designer will work collaboratively with our team to ideate and execute branding for a wide range of design needs for sophisticated audiences.
We're looking for someone that is driven and passionate about what they do! Ideally, the right candidate will have high level design skills that are modern, and professional, yet diverse.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Building out marketing collateral, educational material and various other creative items relative to working with companies that are new or need a rebrand
Develop design, art, and copy layouts for marketing creative, ranging from marketing decks to digital assets needed for site and digital marketing efforts (various imagery/icons/buttons, email, banner ads, social media shareables)
Utilize our existing style guide but also build upon it and/or generate new style guides for other affiliated sub-brands or event franchises
Develop resources, guidelines and templates that empower the marketing team and other members of the organization to create beautiful and thoughtful brand expressions
Lead or conduct multiple projects of varying size, urgency, and importance while meeting established deadlines
Integrate ideas across multiple mediums including digital and print; when necessary, provide instructions and directly assemble and prepare final layouts for the printer
Evaluate design impact and—in the case of digital assets—performance results to recommend changes in design as well as processes and procedures when there are opportunities for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have experience working with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and web developments programs like WIX
Minimum 5 years design experience
Ability to multitask and manage time to balance multiple projects occurring simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Passion for design
Receptive to constructive feedback and learn from mistakes
COMPENSATION
$55,000 -$65,000 (DOE)
