    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Grants Management to join our team! This leadership role is perfect for a professional passionate about overseeing all facets of grant administration, including research, planning, and collaboration with Tribal departments. You will ensure strict compliance with funding regulations, guide the financial management of grants, and collaborate with local, state, and federal agencies to secure funding that supports meaningful projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the entire grant lifecycle—from identifying funding opportunities to overseeing successful project outcomes.
    Collaborate with Executive Directors and department heads to strategize and secure federal, state, and private grant funding.
    Ensure full compliance with funding regulations specific to federally recognized Indian tribes.
    Work closely with the accounting department on financial reporting, budgeting, and fiscal management of grants.
    Manage a team to maintain accurate grant records, administer databases, and track progress to ensure all goals are met.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, guiding them through every aspect of grants administration.
    Lead cross-functional collaboration with government agencies to foster relationships that enhance grant opportunities.

    Requirements:

    A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Public Policy is required.
    Minimum of 5 years of hands-on governmental experience in grants development with local, state, or federal agencies.
    3+ years of experience in supervisory, managerial, or project management roles.
    Proven track record of developing and submitting successful grant proposals.
    Expertise in grant writing, management policies, and procedures.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computerized grant management systems.
    Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and be able to travel between facilities.
    Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
