    Location: Hybrid or Remote, during regular business hours The San Francisco Film School is looking for a professional and experienced college administrator with proficiency in Title IV financial aid processing and outstanding customer service skills. This position requires an individual with exemplary problem-solving abilities and highly developed teamwork skills, who can create a positive atmosphere and maintain professional standards. As our school is expanding, we need someone committed to growth and development. Microsoft Office and previous experience with LMS software are mandatory, and experience with compliance audits is a plus. We prefer for this position to be hybrid, but are open to remote work for the right candidate. Responsibilities: • Be an integral part of the school's enrollment pipeline, supporting students in developing and implementing their financial plan for attendance. • Provide guidance in developing and maintaining policies and plans for improving the school's financial aid department. • Work with the Registrar and CFO to maintain student records and online database (Populi), including developing and using the software’s financial aid and financial management capabilities. • Assist, as needed, the school’s Veteran Specialist in processing VA benefits. • Manage and maintain the school's compliance responsibilities following state, federal, and accreditor guidelines. • Prepare and submit regular governing entity reports, including but not limited to FISAP and IPEDS. • Work with the CPA auditor on yearly compliance audits. • Be the point person for DOE requests and audits. • Research and apply for state and federal grants that could assist the school in its mission and goals. • Work with the President to identify opportunities for the school to grow its financial aid offerings. • Other responsibilities and special projects related to financial aid, as assigned by the President and CFO. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 5+ years in financial aid, including leadership experience. • Expertise in Title IV regulations and state aid programs. • Proficiency with financial aid management systems; Populi experience a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex regulations clearly. • Track record of building efficient, compliant processes. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
