Junk Hauler and Mover - Team Leader Essential Duties:

Care about others! Go out of your way to be friendly and engage everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day.

Look, act and BE a friendly HUNK – It starts with the uniform and friendly attitude.

Educate clients on services, pricing, and the value of choosing College HUNKS.

Perform daily truck inspections and safely operate at all times.

Ensure truck has required supplies and marketing materials.

Effectively communicate all forms and paperwork to clients.

Lead your team from the front by living our core values.

Help train new hires on technical move skills, day to day operations, and core values.

Complete daily paperwork with 100% accuracy.

Junk Hauler and Mover - Team Leader Requirements:

Must enjoy hard work, providing world-class customer service and helping others.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must be able to team lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.

Must be drug and alcohol free and able to pass a federal background check.

DO NOT have to be in college.

Preferred (not required), older than 21 years old.

Junk Hauler and Mover - Team Leader Benefits:

Excellent earning potential with hourly pay, tips, and performance-based bonuses.

EARN $15-$20 PER HOUR with College HUNKS Hauling Junk and Moving.

Movers start at $15 PER HOUR. Movers with proven experience have the potential to start at a higher hourly rate.
