As a Junk Team Driver for College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving; you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Go out of your way to be friendly to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day – especially your clients.
You look, act and are friendly - starting with the uniform (shirt tucked in, hat straight, pants at waist), and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact). Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them. You introduce yourself to every client and listen to their concerns and you delight them with great service. Our client is delighted, creating a WOW experience. You are SAFETY conscious. Our HUNKS ensure all daily truck inspections are performed (tire pressure, oil, equipment, etc). You ensure that your truck has enough supplies, safety equipment and marketing material.You MUST (Drivers) possess a valid drivers license with clean driving record. You MUST (Helpers) have reliable transportation to get to work on-time. You MUST be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.You MUST enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others.You MUST want to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity.You MUST be drug and alcohol free.You MUST be able to pass a federal background check and drug screenExcellent earning potential including hourly pay plus commission, bonus, and tips.Excellent earning potential: $11-$12/hr + performance based bonuses & tips.
