• Ability to learn our in house software quickly* Detail oriented and shows initiative to "take the next step" with little direction* Microsoft Office experience - strong excel skills are a plus* Excellent phone and customer service skills* Previous experience working in a team environment

20-25 hrs/week and must be able to work afternoons until 5pm to ensure coverage.
