Digital Strategist
About You:
The Digital Strategist will work on integrating digital assets, raising brand awareness, collaborating on marketing campaigns, leading digital activation projects, and measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of digital channels. They will work with a close-knit team that values collaboration and accountability.
The Digital Strategist will provide transparent insight on all data key points that is clear to understand, as well as improving digital performance of campaigns. They will be constantly monitoring and improving upon overall website data, focusing on SEO metrics, managing of A/B testing, and content strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Drive website traffic and acquire leads
Manage metrics measuring digital programs success and optimize programs for full funnel performance
Provide expert POV to team and executives around evolving digital best practices
Stay up to date with digital technologies developments
Review, Optimize and Improve SEO metrics for website for both national and local pages
Review PPC metrics on a national and local level; analyze and report on the data found
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies
Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation through content, social channels, and email
Propose new and improved ideas on inbound marketing campaigns
Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising using web analytics tools
Manage improvement of current digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising
Improve search visibility
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Above average computer skills, more focus on digital marketing experience regarding SEO, PPC; (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing, SemRush, Moz, BrightLocal, etc.)
Google Certified in AdWords and Analytics would be ideal
