Marketing Coordinator

Do you have energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for excellence? We are seeking a driven individual that is motivated by client satisfaction and continued success to join our Marketing Team at our Headquarter offices.
The marketing coordinator functions as the department’s administrative support; coordinating meetings, logistics and serving as a liaison for clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work closely with the marketing team to drive actions consistent with the company’s strategy.
Coordinate resources (marketing, research departments, mapping services, photography services, material and support), orchestrating multiple activities at once to accomplish goals effectively and efficiently
Import financial information into attractive marketing materials
Collaborate with a team to create and implement new production processes and marketing initiatives
Manage marketing responsibilities in CRM
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree desired but may substitute experience for degree
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Spreadsheet software. Experience with creative applications which may include Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator and/or others are a plus.
