About You:

The IT Associate will answer Hunk Help tickets regarding HunkWare questions, comments, and issues, in addition to Cisco and other software platforms used by CHHJ. They will provide timely desktop and phone support and execute standard operating procedures for new hires as well as separations. This person will need to be thorough and positive when communicating with internal team members and franchise partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Ticket Management - Manage Hunk Help workload including successful resolution of tickets

Customer Service - Responds to help desk tickets professionally and in a friendly way. Asks for information where appropriate and cares about user's issues

Documentation - Identify FAQ's for the ticket system knowledge base. FAQ's are leveraged when responding to tickets for improved efficiency

Ticket Follow Up - When tickets are assigned to other parties, ensures appropriate resolution by following up with the ticket assignee

Phone Support - Manages the IT Help Desk line, documents phone calls as tickets and provides 1-call resolution to issues where appropriate and possible

Access Management - Assists with onboarding and offboarding of team members

Education and/or Experience:

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills:

Knowledge of HunkWare business application, Windows and general Microsoft Office
