College Nannies + Sitters of Mill Creek is currently seeking a qualified leader for the Family Placement and Recruiting Coordinator role—responsible for assisting with new business sales, recruiting, and event planning. As a family- and child-focused staffing business we are looking for individuals who are TALENTED IN MARKETING, SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVENT PLANNING, and playing a pivotal role in Building Stronger Families® daily in their own communities.

We seek people with:

• Initiative and great energy to attract new hires
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and promotion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to drive profit and grow a business
• Combination of education and/or at least one year applicable experience in recruiting, sales, client relations, and/or customer service
• Eagerness to build relationships in the Snohomish County community
• Spirit to work in a fast-paced environment committed to its purpose and core values
• Computer and technology proficient with demonstrated aptitude using Microsoft Office or other business applications and software
