We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize procedures
Sort and distribute various paperwork in a timely manner
Daily filing of driver paperwork and related forms
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Monitors and maintains customer accounts for accuracy and overall satisfaction
Assists with the processing of payroll on a weekly basis
Performs daily billing and receives payments for customer accounts (AP/AR)
Coordinate with other staff/departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues
Perform receptionist and other related duties when needed
SKILLS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (D.O.E.)
COVID-19 considerations: All customers are required to wear a mask and only allowed in certain designated areas. Work areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly. PPE and sanitary cleaning supplies are provided to all staff.
