Archer Western a member of The Walsh Group is currently seeking a Recruiting Intern for our office in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Assists our Campus Recruiters with college campus hiring, including but not limited to:
  • Sending correspondence to college recruits
  • Following up with college recruits’ applications and assessments
  • Helping to ensure recruits move through the selection process in a timely manner
  • Advancing resumes in our applicant tracking system
  • Helping with logistics and coordination of events
  • Mailing recruiting supplies for campus events
• Aid in management of intern/co-op program
• Manage work term check-in surveys for current interns/co-ops
• Help develop communication material for social media
• Assist Campus Recruits in meeting diversity goals
• As needed, assist with onboarding of new employees
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Seeking a degree in marketing, human resources, or business administration is a plus
• 1 prior internship is a plus
• Ability to work at least 20-25 hours per week
• Ability to work in the Atlanta office 100%
• Excel skills are a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Self-motivated
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
