    SCEE is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team on the Albemarle Kemerton Lithium Project based in the South West of WA. The role will be based onsite, working project hours and roster.

     

    The Albemarle Kemerton Plant is a greenfield world scale Lithium Hydroxide Monohydrate production plant to be located at the Kemerton Strategic Industrial Area approximately 160 km south of Perth, Western Australia, and 17 km north-east of the existing port town of Bunbury.

     

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Preparing and submitting weekly and/or monthly invoices, progress claims and reports
    • Reconciliation of invoices
    • Raising PPE requisitions
    • Prepare weekly timesheets for submission to payroll
    • Stationery ordering
    • Distribution of site notices and memo’s
    • Assist with monitoring the documents and drawings register 
    • Recording all project documentation and store in a manner that allows effective and efficient project management
    • General administrative duties, including document preparation and filing

     

    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE:

    • Previous onsite experience within the heavy construction and mining industry
    • Significant demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Construction, Mining and Resources sector
    • Be living within a 100km radius of Australind – South West
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong time management and organisational skills in order to meet deadlines
    • Have a high attention to detail

  • Qualifications

     

    Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience.  Basic PLC/CNC knowledge is a plus.  Qualified candidates must also achieve a passing score on required assessments.  The ability to read to read tape measures and efficiently operate all other required measuring devices is also required.  Candidates best suited for this role will have a proven ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
