FirstLight’s Investment Member Service Supervisor creates a memorable branch experience through its Member Financial Services team. The primary responsibility is to provide direction and supervision to investment staff, in an effort to achieve desired member service and sales goals. This position manages daily operations, ensuring compliance to CUNA and Credit Union procedures and standards and serves as a Liaison between FLFCU and CBSI. In addition, this position may assist in the scheduling and management of seminars, appointments with prospective clients and branch trainings.

Required Skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Required Experience

3 years of financial retail banking experience to include:  • experience with investment services • and 1 year of lead or supervisory role 

Associates Degree in business administration or related field

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
