    POSITION SUMMARY: 

    Eileen Fisher Inc’s Brand Styling team is looking for a creative, energetic and meticulously organized individual to fill the role of Junior Brand Stylist.  This position is based 3 days in Irvington, NY, and 2 days in NYC.

    The Junior Brand stylist will help ensure that our design concept is carried out through all execution of consumer-facing photography assets from web ecommerce photography to digital and print advertising campaigns.  Working with creative partners, they will style product looks to create dynamic stories that help bring the brand vision to life. Additionally, they will partner with our production team and external photo studio partners to plan and organize web ecommerce shoots.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Merchandise and style all looks for ecommerce photography according to brand aesthetic and design intention
    • Partner with producer, art director, and external photo studio partners to plan and organize all ecommerce photography
    • Maintain seasonal shot list to ensure all photography meets web delivery deadlines (with partnership of production and sample coordinator)
    • attend relevant design, merchandising, and fitting meetings to understand brand, design and fit intention for each season
    • Assist Sr. Brand Stylist w/ merchandising and on set styling special stories, brand shoots and ad campaigns (prepping and organizing clothing, steaming, ironing, etc.)
    • Assistant Sr. Brand Stylist with NuOrder photo shoots to prepare for seasonal market

    Required Skills Required Experience

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred

    2-3 years of photo shoot ecommerce styling or assistant styling experience

    Required Skills:

     

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

    • Four year college degree in business management, production operations management, agricultural science, food science or equivalent communication and analytical ability acquired through work experience.

    • At least two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.

    • Working knowledge of good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis and critical control points, lean manufacturing and other food safety, quality and manufacturing principles.

    • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with employees at all levels of the organization.

    • Ability to work with employees at all levels and to motivate direct reports; specifically mentoring and coaching individuals and identifying short- and long-term development needs and providing appropriate support.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time using effective organizational skills and judgment in an environment of frequently changing circumstances.

    • Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of applications; specifically using Word to create and modify documents, Excel to record data and calculate results, and Outlook to communicate internally and externally.
