    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Inventory Coordinator will support the Assistant Leader of Omni Operations on inventory control and all aspects of participating and partnering with operational stakeholders on operational improvement efforts and programs.  This role is responsible for monitoring inventory accuracy, identifying discrepancies, resolving inventory issues, and providing solutions for process improvement.

     

    SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct Inventory Audits for all EF stores including E-Commerce.

    • Monitor Retail Inventory inbox.

    • Monitor & Resolve the RI e-forms.

    • Work alongside the Assistant Leader to review discrepancies between Retail IT systems (OMS, Mi9 & WMS).

    • Partner with Operations Team in creating processes to assist with better inventory results.

    • Reporting/Analysis/Process improvement recommendations

    • Participate in Physical Inventory Preparation & Process

    • Performs other related duties and assignments as

    • PO Receiving Audits

    • Open Transfer Audits

    • Negative On-Hand Audits

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION:

    College Degree or Equivalent Preferred

     REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years’ experience in retail stores or store operations.  Must have a passion for processes, procedures and operations.

    Additional:

    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, solution-driven
    • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
    • Excels working in a team environment, both technical and non-technical
    • Strong problem solving and project management skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based learning tools is a plus
    • Proficiency in POS and Inventory systems
