    Position Description:

    The Digital Marketing Associate will recommend and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns to optimize performance and meet KPI goals. The Digital Marketing Associate will work cross-functionally (digital commerce, creative, marketing, social media, PR, project management) to coordinate and execute campaigns across channels.

    The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution, and optimization recommendations of performance marketing campaigns across channels including Brand media, Affiliate, Paid Social, Display, Site Optimization, and SEO.

     Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across channels (brand media, affiliate, paid social, display, site optimization, SEO) ensuring flawless on time execution
    2. Distribute and manage digital marketing assets and copy requests for respective channels to agencies and internal partners
    3. Manage list requests for digital marketing channels (brand media, paid social, display, other channels as needed), working with internal and external partners to request and distribute lists
    4. Responsible for producing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting
    5. Monitor and measure campaigns, make recommendations to optimize current and plan future campaigns across channels
    6. Create tags, traffic, test, and maintain advertising campaigns using DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM). Ensure campaigns are tracking correctly in GA.
    7. Troubleshoot ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting including all creative, tagging, and ad serving issues
    8. Provide proof of implementation and monitor campaigns to ensure tracking is accurate, regularly monitoring campaign delivery and KPI’s
    9. Traffic all campaign creative and deliverables to internal and external partners to ensure campaign trafficking is completed, including QA of final assets and proofs
    10. Create and update Creative Campaign Tracking Sheet to include creative, targeting, campaign structure, placements, URLs, and tags per campaign on regular basis 
    11. Submit creative requests for marketing campaigns including ad specs, product, messaging requests, ensuring creative submissions are adherent to technical specifications and marketing needs
    12. Test all campaign creative to ensure accurate link destinations, messaging, and creative.
    13. Coordinate and troubleshoot any creative issues, working with third party partners, agencies, and internal partners to resolve any issues to ensure on time launch
    14. Provide process recommendations and creative solutions to mitigate creative and ad traffic issues
    15. Join weekly agency calls for Brand media, SEO, Affiliate, Display Performance, Paid Social, and Site Optimization. Ensure agency partners have up to date promotion information.
    16. Collaborate and monitor key agency partners to ensure campaign optimizations executed, questions addressed, and flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns
    17. Track invoices, validate invoice amounts and submit to finance
    18. Evaluate the competitive landscape, maintaining a deck of references to leverage for planning
    19. Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: BS/BA in Analytics, Marketing or Communication.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • One-three years of experience in digital marketing
    • Agency experience is preferred; Retail industry experience is a plus
    • Strong knowledge of third-party tracking/reporting systems (i.e. DCM, GTM, etc.) and Google Analytics is required
    • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, with proficiency in Excel. Technical expertise and understanding of Martech ecosystem.
    • Excellent attention to detail, ability to comprehend, write and proof documents for accuracy.
    • Diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and highly motivated team player.
    • Strong written and verbal skills, confident working with internal and external teams via email and phone; friendly, positive attitude.
    • Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes.
    • Adept in dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth work environment, while managing overlapping projects under tight deadlines.
  • Qualifications

    BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Neuroscience or related technical field.

    One to three years of academic or professional experience.

    Programming experience in MATLAB is required.

    Additional experience in Python, C++, or LABView is preferred.

    Extensive background in either computational neuroscience, image analysis, computer vision, or machine learning is preferred.
