POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist and support with all aspects of department store account management including gathering and organizing selling and financial information, preparing orders and ensuring accuracy of product and sales information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain various reports for respective account structure. Gather and analyze financial and selling information from accounts weekly, monthly and seasonally

• Participate in key sales meetings in order to learn the product offering in each month.
• Prepare and enter projections into APT system; maintain and process all order revisions within APT and Blue Cherry
• Use NuOrder platform to create and maintain custom linesheets for accounts
• Prepare and assist in market appointments
• Partner with Operational Sales Support to gather shipping information and ensure future delivery of orders have been confirmed
• Pull open to sell reports and work with respective sales team in identifying key styles for potential reorders or drop ship opportunities
• Order, track and provide samples and / or SBI and copy requests needed for account websites
• Prepare, organize and process seasonal line orders; distribute to appropriate teams as needed
• Work with Accounting to help resolve open chargebacks and process claims
• Handle other special projects as needed

Required Skills

EDUCATION:

College Degree or equivalent required

Required Experience

• Must have excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point)
• Systems savvy, with experience working with companywide computer systems. Knowledge of Blue Cherry and SKYPAD is a plus
• 1-2 years of experience 
• Wholesale sales experience preferred
