ABOUT THE FACILITY…DE LUNA HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER is a Brand New, Gorgeous 90-bed skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and long term care facility.  It opened March of 2020 and offers nearly 4,000 sf of rehab space!

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
