The job of the Regional Sales Associate (RSA) is to get more local apartment communities on our network so we can better serve our students! RSAs are responsible for calling student and conventional housing properties, introducing them to the College Student Apartments network and selling them monthly recurring advertising packages. Ultimately the role focuses on forging relationships and acquiring new customers. You will do well at this job if you - Manage your time well - Are tech savvy - Are a self-starter - Are comfortable making multiple cold calls per day - Enjoy talking to strangers - Enjoy setting monetary goals and surpassing them - Enjoy working remotely Who we are looking for - Recent college grads preferred - Student or conventional housing experience is a plus - Previous sales experience is a plus Compensation - Uncapped Commission - you will earn monthly recurring commission for each sale - Monthly bonuses for first 90 days Independent Contractor The individuals that join our sales team will be 1099 independent contractors and as such will be self-employed and be responsible for covering their own taxes and insurance.
