Collegiate Housing Services is a nationwide student housing organization that has been in business for over 30 years. We provide affordable housing to students by leasing apartments, furnishing them, and setting up utilities. We then provide roommate matching and place each student on an individual lease that matches their school term.

We are looking for housing consultants to join our team this summer(Mid to end of May, 2024), and if interested continue to work part-time into the fall.

Responsibilities will include:

• Learning to use our company's CRM to assist our current and future student population
• Calling on future students to ensure that they have their housing needs arranged and are prepared for the start of school
• Assist management with the virtual setup of units from the delivery of furniture, to the setup of utilities and internet
• Addressing student application errors in our system (Ex: not fully complete, incorrect info, no cosigner listed, etc.)
• Build relationships with key individuals in the market
• Assist with analyzing data and reporting

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30 min. lunch.
