Collier.Simon is an independent, full-service creative agency in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area. As a data-driven, creative shop, we are looking for individuals who strive to push creative boundaries and drive success for our clients through well-informed hypothesis, smart strategy and innovative thought leadership.
We are currently looking for an Account Manager with prior experience at a social/digital creative agency. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thought leader with the ability to deliver integrated thinking and leverage their experience in managing full-funnel creative campaigns. They demonstrate a positive, do-what-it-takes attitude, are a natural connector who develops strong relationships among various groups, and anticipate and solve problems, while being highly organized and able to manage time effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Work with Account Director to develop strong strategic insights and proactive solutions (internal and external)
- Manage workflow across projects (including but not limited to: capture notes in meetings, build and present creative briefs, make and manage timelines, tracking of project deliverables, manage creative resourcing for your projects)
- Work collaboratively with all internal team members to facilitate the process of developing effective strategies and briefs that lead to great work
- Relationship management with key client contacts and other partner agencies and vendors.
- Manage client expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically and diplomatically.
- Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables (internal, client and partners) are accurate, on time and routed through the appropriate departments for approvals.
- Regularly contribute to creative and strategic discussions to consistently push the work to be the best it can be
- Effectively present agency work / proposals to clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years advertising agency experience (in account and/or project management)
- Have hands-on experience project managing social and digital campaigns from start to finish
- Proven track record of performing well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail & organization
- Able to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence.
- Be proactive and comfortable with managing projects as well as actively executing (with or without Account Executive support)
- Word, Excel and Keynote skills (but especially Keynote!)
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing or related field
