The Collision Repair Technician/PDR is a key team member that will be responsible for maintaining high quality and safety standards on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce.

What you'll do:

Remove bumpers, lower interior trim, seats and carpeting, keeping all items organized for reinstallation.

Cutting and reforming the rear bumper, capping the cut edges

It is a detailed oriented job as every part the employee touches is an outside, (visual) painted OEM part.

Post build inspections prior to Quality Control.

Some work involves overhead work.

What you’ll need:

Experience on recreational vehicles and/or experience involving auto builds, repair, cut and/or paint is highly preferred

Attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot issues as needed

Ability to use hand and power tools, attention to quality with minimal errors.

Must be organized and keep an orderly work area.

This position is required to work OT occasionally.

Additional Notes:

Will assist other departments as needed.

This is a good fit for someone that has a passion for modifying cars, enjoys working with low-voltage wiring, and detail oriented.

Will keep within OSHA safety regulations as well as follow compliance with quality standards, as well as policy and procedures.
