INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) positions available in a large, established Personal Lines Agency transitioning from an exclusive Nationwide agency to independent agency this July.

WELL SUITED CSR CANDIDATE will service or assist in servicing our insurance agency clients by:

• Preparing and releasing policy changes
• Upload supporting documents to insurance carrier policy center
• Providing POI and other documents to clients and lender/lienholders
• Answering and resolving billing questions
• Processing premium payments over phone and in the office
• Multi-lining existing clients
• Performing annual client reviews as needed
• OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EDUCATION AND JOB SKILLS –

• High School Diploma or GED
• Enjoy helping clients over phone and in person
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Word specifically)
• MINIMUM 5 YEARS PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE EXPERIENCE WITH ACTIVE TX LICENSE
• EZLYNX EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; NATIONWIDE EXPERIENCE HELPFUL
