Job Description
INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) positions available in a large, established Personal Lines Agency transitioning from an exclusive Nationwide agency to independent agency this July.
WELL SUITED CSR CANDIDATE will service or assist in servicing our insurance agency clients by:
- Preparing and releasing policy changes
- Upload supporting documents to insurance carrier policy center
- Providing POI and other documents to clients and lender/lienholders
- Answering and resolving billing questions
- Processing premium payments over phone and in the office
- Multi-lining existing clients
- Performing annual client reviews as needed
- OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EDUCATION AND JOB SKILLS –
- High School Diploma or GED
- Enjoy helping clients over phone and in person
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook and Word specifically)
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE EXPERIENCE WITH ACTIVE TX LICENSE
- EZLYNX EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; NATIONWIDE EXPERIENCE HELPFUL
