Our residential construction company, is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Sales agent to join our growing team! . The appropriate candidate will be highly motivated, and a self-starter committed to providing excellent customer service. We as a company have Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Develop relationships with all existing customers and continue developing the accounts.
• Establish and develop new clients. Be a planner and an executor.
• Meet potential customers in their homes to conduct inspections and give estimates of services
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience within the construction industry
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have clear background and pass a drug screen
