Troy finds joy in outdoor adventures like kayaking, fishing, and camping with his adult children whenever they can escape. With a robust 12-year track record in the industry, Troy brings a wealth of experience as an Administrator in skilled and assisted living communities. Known for his goal-oriented yet personable management style, he places a high priority on supporting, recognizing, and appreciating his staff.

Position Perks:

Salary: $58,240 to $62,400 with annual raise potential, commensurate with experience.

Bonus Plan: Up to $6,600 annual bonus.

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, free daily meals, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Essential Functions:

Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision.

Implement nursing objectives and maintain care standards.

Supervise and provide guidance to nursing and support staff.

Ensure documentation compliance and maintain resident records.

Collaborate with the Administrator for community standards and inspections.

Assess supply and equipment needs for the nursing department.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing with LPN as the minimum certification (required)

Current state nursing license with ongoing education certification (required)

Minimum 3 years nursing experience (preferred)
