Blowology Dry Bar in San Francisco, CA is looking for a talented and passionate Color Bar Specialist to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities:

Perform a full range of hair color services including highlights, balayage, color corrections, and glossing treatments

Consult with clients to understand their color goals and recommend personalized services

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked color bar station

Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up

Stay current on the latest color trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Collaborate with blowout stylists to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience

Uphold salon standards for sanitation, safety, and professionalism

Requirements:

Valid California Cosmetology License required

Proven experience in hair coloring, highlights, and color correction techniques

Strong knowledge of color theory and professional color product lines

Excellent communication and client consultation skills

Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented salon environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional with a passion for the beauty industry

Portfolio of color work preferred
