Position Summary:
The Color Chaos Agent is responsible for carrying out the Color Chaos vision of optimistic warmth and enthusiastic hospitality while maintaining a positive, and productive work environment. As a Color Chaos Agent, you will be responsible for engaging, entertaining, and hosting guests to give them the most unique, fun experience possible.
Essential Functions:
Entertain guests as they prepare to play and also when they exit.
Greet and direct guests as they come in for games
Prepare waivers for guest to sign
Keep lobby and general spaces tidy
Answer phones, online inquiries and return voicemails
Monitor retail purchases as directed by General Manager
Book games
Interact with a group after a game and take team pictures for social media
Job Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Good grasp of technology – basic computer skills, email, etc.
Take initiative and complete tasks without direct supervision
Develop and maintain an orderly work system for daily tasks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Provide excellent customer service
Lift up to 20 lbs.
Stand for long periods of time.
