Here at Colorado Beauty RN™, we are looking for an aesthetic nurse injector with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and loves working with people. Experience is not required; we will train the right candidate. A 12-month contract is a requirement of this role due to the amount of investment we put into training our injectors.

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include: 

• Performing aesthetic treatments and consultations. This position will initially focus on neurotoxin injections. When we feel that neurotoxin injections are executed consistently and effectively, dermal fillers, etc will be added to your offered services.
• Reviewing patient electronic medical records and charting prior/post treatment (procedure notes, progress notes, before and after photos, treatment placement and dosage, consultation notes, treatment plan outline/schedule, recommended at home care, and recommended next appointment needed, etc).
• Implementing effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, written and oral treatment protocols, and training.
• Limiting injection techniques and recommendations to the standards set forth by the practice. Incorporating brand-specific approaches and techniques expected as an onboarding requirement.
• Educating patients about realistic results and post care.

• This full time position (minimum 32 hours per week)  will shadow Jenny Garland, RN (CEO/Nurse Injector/National Trainer for Allergan). 
• Hourly base of $35/hr while on-boarding.
