    Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator/administrative assistant who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner • Enter client information into the CRM and submit appropriate documentation to the title company, broker and accounting for compliance and to keep track of transaction activity • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Help Coordinate all closing procedures, such as contacting buyers, sellers, agents, attorney's and help with fluctuating schedules • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly • Prepare listing documents, MLS listing profiles, and the showing platform. Schedule cleaners, photographers, and furniture staging when necessary • Compile Data for Reporting and give a daily update on each property Under Contract • Track and Monitor the success of Marketing Programs • Additional Administrative Tasks • Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Qualifications: • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly • High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred • Must have excellent organizational skills, with rigorous attention to detail • Ability to accurately manage and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent Phone Skills. Must not be afraid of having challenging conversations over the phone • Advanced proficiency with Internet Tools, with Excel or Google Sheets experience • Positive and Strong Personality (ie not a push-over) • Strong desire to execute a system of processes and procedures and improve when necessary • Teachable Compensation: $31,200 - $37,440 +Bonus
