    ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE POSITION

    Our customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. Your goal will be to ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.

    The best CSR's are genuinely delighted to help customers. They're tolerant, empathetic, and intensely communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their clients' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and our CSR's can gather it for us. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They're confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough knowledge to fix the problem.

    The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.

    HOURS OF OPERATION

    The standard agency hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30am - 4:30pm on Fridays.  We are flexible when accommodating your needs and your specific work schedule can be adjusted if necessary, including optional Saturday's.

     

    COMPENSATION PACKAGE

    This career opportunity will provide you with an initial base range of $34,500.00 to $40,500.00 (dependent upon your experience level and qualifications).  We will also provide complete health insurance (including dental and vision), 401K, and Paid Time Off.  In addition, you will have the opportunity for quarterly and annual performance reviews for career enhancement as well as base salary increase.  Please only apply if licensed and bilingual for this position. 

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handle high amounts of incoming calls
    • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
    • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the established methods/processes
    • Reach personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
    • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers
    • Upsell, Cross-Sell, and endorse existing client accounts
