    Job Description

    STAFFING COORDINATOR

    CLASSIFICATION Non-Exempt Full Time 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday

    PAY RATE $21-$23/hr. DOE

    BENEFITS 80 Hours Vacation/PTO 48 Hours Sick Leave 10 Holidays Eligible to participate in:

    SUMMARY The Staffing Coordinator fully supports our staffing efforts by effectively identifying, sourcing, contacting, and qualifying potential candidates through internet sourcing, recruiting, job postings, and referrals. The ability to consistently complete 35-50 calls per day and 10-15 interviews a week is a must! The Staffing Coordinator must have a sense of urgency and thrive on achieving goals!

    • Accountable for sourcing, building relationships with, and identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting sources, including Social-Media
    • Substantiates applicants' skills by phone screening and administering assessments
    • Schedules interviews and coordinate appointments
    • Conducts interviews and submits candidates to Human Resources
    • Maintains employee information to ensure accuracy and integrity of data in talent management system
    • Support recruiting projects and initiatives as needed
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential

    WORK ENVIRONMENT The position works in an office setting 40 hours per week.

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, HR Management desired OR equivalent experience 2-5 years staffing industry experience or in a Human Resources environment.
    • Skills required to communicate diplomatically, persuasively, and effectively (oral and written.
    • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)

    ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Applicant Tracking System experience a plus
