    Job Description

    FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR We are looking for a Finance Administrator. Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing quarterly financial reports, run payroll, preparing bills and delivering high quality customer service. We're looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. You should also be trustworthy and excellent communicator. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we'd like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure our accounting procedures run smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Process bills, checks, payroll, and other documents · Verify financial and other data (e.g., tax identification numbers) · Monitor financial transactions · Enter data and maintain accurate records · Account reconciliations · Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues · Report the status of accounts and discrepancies · Creating and update daily spreadsheets of project schedules · Manage accounts receivable and payable · Keep records of tax payments · Manage company liabilities (e.g., payroll liabilities, quarterly payroll taxes, health insurance) REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS · Proven experience as a Finance Clerk · Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions · Attention to detail · Organization and multitasking abilities · Excellent Verbal and written communication skills · Reliability and strong worth ethics · Ability to solve problems · High School Diploma or equivalent · Hands on experience with accounting software QuickBooks · Knowledge of MS Excel (Creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions) · Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
