Our team at Colorado Property Group is expanding rapidly and is in search of enthusiastic team players with a keen eye for detail and strong relationship-building skills to join our Transaction Coordinator Team. This position presents an exceptional chance for the right candidate to grasp the intricacies of real estate alongside the top real estate team in SW Colorado. Our transaction coordinators collaborate closely with RE/MAX agents in Durango under the Colorado Property Group umbrella. They are not merely employees but valued members of our close-knit family. Applicants should hold an Active Colorado Real Estate License or be actively pursuing one. Responsibilities: • Must be friendly, work well under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping others achieve their goals and dreams! • Create and maintain accurate and compliant files for retention • Complete administrative tasks involved in the closing of a real estate sale • Act as a liaison and concierge for agents, clients, and all vendors • Communicate frequently with agents throughout the transaction to ensure files are complete and compliant and all deadlines are met • Communicate regularly with clients to send them reminders, check-ins, and let them know what to expect in each step of the contract to close the process • This is an in-office position. Not Remote. Must be able to commute to and from the office Mon-Fri during normal working hours Qualifications: • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Enjoys celebrating others' wins and success • Excellent at building rapport and passionate about creating the best experience possible for clients and agents • Active Colorado Real Estate License or working to obtain Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly DOE
