You will be responsible for consulting and guiding clients through the home buying and selling process. A concierge Service from working with listings to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: Provide excellent client services by supporting the Senior Sales Partner. In this fun, fast-paced environment, you will: Help the Senior Sales Partner with the duties of a full-service Real Estate Agent. Be tasked with providing impeccable customer service and support. You will be expected to: • Show homes • Follow up with TC on transaction management • Assist with listing coordination, marketing, open houses, and more! • Hands-on customer communication, inspection coordination, closings, and calendar management • Thrive in a team environment • Enjoy collaboration • Must be coachable, reliable, and trustworthy • Must be able to work weekends and nights when needed Compensation: $40,000/yr + 5% Gross Commission From Team Lead If you've struggled in real estate sales but have come to realize that as much as you love serving clients and getting the deal closed, hunting for new business isn't your thing, Then you might be a great fit for this position. Responsibilities: • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $40,000 at plan yearly
