Colorado Therapy & Assessment Center is looking for a Client Care Coordinator who can provide diligent administrative support to both our Denver and Westminster offices while demonstrating empathy, forming genuine connections with prospective clients, and who cares about doing their part to support our clinicians and clients. Responsibilities: • Answer clinic phones and manage clinic emails for new client requests • Schedule new clients for consultations and intake appointments • Assist clinicians and established clients with rescheduling, cancellations, and out-of-office messages • Complete benefits checks and preauthorization phone calls for new clients • Lead quality assurance measures for client satisfaction • Track, input, and create reports for clinic metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs) • Maintain office space for both Denver and Westminster including light housekeeping and restocking of supplies • Conduct outreach to coordinate care and services with other local providers • Assist with clinician credentialing and other onboarding tasks as needed • Support with administrative recruitment and onboarding tasks • Conduct office tours and aid in office setup for new hires • Assist clinicians, administrative and leadership team members with administrative tasks as needed • Schedule: 2 days per week at the Westminster location, 3 days per week at the Denver location Qualifications: • Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with Medicaid policies and procedures • High School Diploma or GED required • This position will be primarily based out of our Denver location (possibility for Hybrid options) with occasional travel to our Westminster location if needed Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
