Colorchrome is seeking to expand our sales team to increase market penetration and meet the ever-growing demand for our services.  If you are a highly motivated professional with a desire to provide exceptional customer service, both with clients and your fellow team members, we would like to talk with you. 

Compensation is salary plus a revenue-based bonus that rewards you on the total level of your sales. Medical, vision and dental benefits as well as a 401k are available.

The Sales Assistant will assist the Project Manager to help clients and grow sales as well as monitor internal production of jobs to ensure client specifications and deadlines are met. Sales Assistant will be required to learn and become proficient in the basics of the industry in order to speak knowledgeably about Colorchrome’s products and services with clients as well as production staff.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with and advise Clients on Colorchrome’s printing, framing and other art services.
• Position Colorchrome for success through superior customer service, excellent communication, and client education on current as well as new products and services.
• Provide clients with accurate price quotes.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
• Master internal sales software in order to enter job orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with Production, Framing and Shipping departments to ensure jobs are completed effectively, according to customer specifications, and on-time.
• Arrange for orders to be shipped or couriered to the correct location or to be picked up at Colorchrome.
• Arrange for installation of completed jobs.
• Invoice completed orders.
• Follow up with clients regarding final satisfaction with the product/experience.
• Demonstrate the daily discipline and desire to achieve goals with limited guidance, taking responsibility for all results.

DESIRED SKILLS & BACKGROUND

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Experience in art, custom framing and/or graphics field preferred but not required
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of success
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently
• Strong problem solving skills and strategic thinking ability required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales
• Strong math skills preferred
• Must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls
• Must be an effective relationship builder – people person
• Capable of effectively communicating with high-level management as well as day-to-day contacts
• Creative thinking skills - brings fresh perspective & new ideas to the conversation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree from a college or university preferred
