Receptionist
Job description
Columbia Aluminum Products, LLC a manufacturing company located in Corona, CA is looking for a full Receptionist. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients and over the phone. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. The incumbent must have a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Guest services – Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls, route calls accordingly and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.
Administration – Send out and receive email, documents, and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes and offices as requested. File and keep good records. Data entry accurately and timely. Maintain an organized filing system. organize office supplies. Generate reports, make copies, data entry. Other miscellaneous duties as instructed. Maintain the front area clean and professional.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish
