About the Practice

• 100% Outpatient
• Schedule Mon - Friday 8 - 5 but can work it down to 4 days a week
• Will get great support 2 -3 ma's, refill person, referral programs, etc

About the compensation:

• $300,000 base salary to start
• Year Bonus as panel increases - $100,000 to $200,000 per year
• Employed position - no ownership headaches
• Healthcare, dental, 401k (no matching) Vision, etc
• $4000 CME
