About the POSITION:

F/T NP or PA needed for the Emergency Department in La Grande, OR

1 week on/ 1 week off

Must be comfortable working independently as well as under MD supervision.

Critical Access Hospital

Patient rooms: 10

Pt. seen per day: 15-20

Support staff: two RNs and one tech on staff at all times, 24 hr. MD coverage in department

Patient Population: All ages

Multiple specialties on call 24/7 for consult

Level IV Trauma Center

Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift

Nurse practitioner shift is 10a-10p

About 12,000 to 13,000 visits annually

Fulltime, permanent
