ABOUT THE POSITION:

• Looking to add an associate Dentist due to growth
• Can be part time or full time
• Practice is open M-F 8-5
• About 2 years ago the office moved into a new 7,000 sq/ ft building with 9 operatories and room to grow
• 4 Hygienists
• All the equipment is less than 2 years old
• 2000 + Active patients and growing. Averaging 65 new patients / month
• Primarily Insurance and Cash Pay
• No Medicaid or Medicare

• W2 of 1099 option - Very Flexible
• Income Guarantee and then moves to a percentage of collections
